Deborah D. Keller, P.E. stands by a RTG at the Mississippi River Intermodal Terminal at the Port of New Orleans in 2016. This $16.7 million grant was the first TIGER award to the port. Deborah led the project team that prepared the grant, while serving as Chief Engineer and Director of Port Development in 2011.
