Deborah D. Keller and Partners, LLC is a multi-discipline engineering consulting firm, established in 2015 in the Greater New Orleans area. Although the firm is fairly new, the experience, reputation, and passion for excellence in engineering work of Deborah Ducote Keller and Brian S. Keller spans 40 years in Southeast Louisiana. Keller and Partners has a mission to provide superior consulting services in our areas of expertise, focused always on our core values and the needs of our clients, ever mindful of the duties and responsibilities prescribed in the Code of Ethics of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers. As engineers, we hold paramount the protection of public health, safety and welfare, and have demonstrated this numerous times during our career.

Our People
The engineers at Deborah D. Keller and Partners formed the firm after decades of government service in senior engineering management positions. They have both lived and worked in the Greater New Orleans area for over 60 years. They saw a real need for experienced engineer-leaders who are have multiple skills and capabilities beyond engineering design. Most of this need is due to the ever increasing turnover in human resources, both in government and private businesses, as they are merge, dissolve, or turn to outsourcing. The firm provides proven problem-solving and institutional knowledge that only comes from planning, designing, budgeting, constructing, administrating, operating and maintaining infrastructure.

Now in its fourth year of operation, Deborah D. Keller and Partners, LLC has certifications from the Louisiana Economic Development as a Small and Emerging Business Enterprise and as an active Small Entrepreneurship under the Hudson Initiative.
Deborah D. Keller, P.E. owns 98% of the firm, which is in the process of applying for further certifications under various agencies.
The firm is licensed to provide engineering services in Louisiana (EF 5486) with Deborah D. Keller, P.E. as the engineering firm’s registered Principal Engineer.
The firm is in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State and has a business license in St. Bernard Parish.
Deborah Keller, P.E. also holds a valid Transportation Identification Worker Credential (TWIC) and is an approved escort by the Port of New Orleans Harbor Police Department when working for the Port of New Orleans.
Deborah D. Keller and Partners, LLC carries a full line of insurances normally required by clients.
